Important Things to remember:
• You have been issued a 4 digit lock code designated only for you during your stay. To unlock the door simply push the designated code. To lock the door press the picture of the lock button. If digital lock is not working you will be given a code to a lockbox that contains only 1 key.
• Wi-Fi and streaming television are provided but are not guaranteed to be 100% reliable. The weather, among other things, can often interfere with signals and service.
• The Bolivar Ferry runs 24 hours per day. From 12:30am to 5:30 am it only runs on an hourly basis.
• DO NOT park on empty lot next door. Do not park or drive on grass.
• Grill must stay on ground floor
• No eating or drinking on the living room couch please.
Arrival items provided:
The home is provided with a starter roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. Some showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body
wash.
Septic
Do not pour grease down the drain. Do not flush wipes, tampons, condoms, etc down the toilets. This will plug the filter on the aerobic system. Any repairs made to the septic for the above reasons will be billed back to the renter.
ATV / Golf Carts:
Per Galveston County codes, ATVs should be on a trailer to and from the
beach. Golf carts can be driven on the road, however they must have
the orange triangle visible on the back. Please be aware that any clean
up that has to be performed due to oil drips will cost the renter $100.00
Pets allowed:
This is to be disclosed at the time of the rental agreement online with a $150 pet fee to be paid at payment due date. The fee includes pricing for 2 small dogs. If you arrive with a pet without prior
approval / pet fee paid you will be charged an additional $250 fee per pet. Maximum 2 small dogs allowed.

Checkout Procedures:
• All dirty dishes placed in the dishwasher and started on the clean cycle
• Leave beds as is • All dirty towels and wash rags placed in the Landry room
• All board game particles must be placed back in the correct boxes and stored away
• All Trash must be bagged and taken out to the trash cans by the road.
• No food or drinks are to be left in the refrigerator
• Lock door on departure or put key back in lockbox
